Explanation
UEsDB is the Base64 encoding of PK\x03\x04, the signature of a ZIP local file header (PK are the initials of Phil Katz, the creator of ZIP).
Modern Office documents (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx), Java archives, Android APKs and EPUB books are all ZIP files, so they all start with UEsDB. The Base64 to File decoder detects the exact type.
You can decode any similar value yourself with the Base64 decoder, or identify a file from its first characters with the Base64 to File converter.
